Please note: We try to answer all e-mail in a timely manner. If you haven’t heard back from us within twenty-four hours, please check the junk mail folder. (It might also be called bulk mail or spam or something like that.) Most likely, our reply ended up in there.
Be sure to add our e-mail address to your address book and use any other means specific to your e-mail provider in order to (hopefully) fix the problem for the future. (For example, Yahoo has a “Not Spam” button at the top of the messages it dumps into bulk mail. Clicking that button should let Yahoo know that the message was put in the wrong place.)
Most of the time we do receive your e-mail but, unfortunately, sometimes our replies get filtered as junk mail on the receiving end. Chances are we’re chewing our nails in frustration because we have no other way to contact you. If you haven’t heard from us in a timely manner, you might send us another e-mail and include a telephone number so we will have an alternate means of getting in touch.
