    Christie, would you mind sharing where you got the amazing roller blind/pull down map(s)?   This kind of map has been my dream for a long time! 

    LOVE your classroom…  Similar to your situation, my children really liked it when we moved to individual workstations.  I still have an area we call the “one-on-one” spot, but everyone also has their own little workspace to call their own.  When we moved to this model, motivation increased, the willingness to keep things tidy increased and as the teacher, I felt more organized.

    @angelina – I watched eBay and snagged it new in box for $99. Retails for hundreds, so I was thrilled. They have some vintage and some new ones at different times.
