Joshua through Malachi & Ancient Greece
Summary
With these books your family will study Bible history from Joshua through Malachi and the history of Ancient Greece and its interactions with Persia—especially her kings who are mentioned in the Old Testament: Darius, Xerxes, Artaxerxes, Cyrus—along with Italy, Sicily, Macedonia, Syria, Judea and Jerusalem, Babylon, Libya, and Egypt. Geography will be covered through locating the regions read about and a modern-day look at the Middle East (since many of the events of the Old Testament are centered there). Older students will complete several studies in Proverbs and work on a six-year project of looking for doctrinal truths as they read through the Bible.
Daily lesson plans for these books are available in Joshua through Malachi and Ancient Greece.
