Printing a Resource I Made

    I’m having a problem printing the chapters when I post a new book or other resource.  When I click on the book title I can see the chapter titles but when I hit print preview they disappear. I used to be able to both see them and print them so I can’t figure out what happened. Any ideas?

    Which Web browser software and version are you using?

    I have Windows 7 and I’m using Mozilla whatever is the latest. I always update whenever they offer.

    Thanks for your help. My computers and printer were purchased this year. I have a laptop and a desk top and it does the same thing with both of them.

    Oh, if it makes any difference I just noticed this happens with resources that I didn’t originally post either.

    Any clue yet? I just got a new printer and it is still doing the same thing. This is very frustrating because sometimes I make lists that I want a copy of and now I can’t get the copy.

    I was wondering, is this working right for other people? Is it sitewide or just me?

    This is a problem on our end. Unfortunately, it slipped through the cracks and didn’t get fixed yet. I’m so sorry about that. I’ll see if I can get it taken care of right now.

    We have a fix for this that we will be putting in place later tonight. We also cleaned up a few other parts of printing a resource page to make it look a little nicer. Please give it a try tomorrow (or later) and let us know how it works for you. Thanks.
