    Charlene-

Just got caught up, and my heart breaks for you and your family. When my dad died 13 years ago, someone sent us a card that has stuck with me all these years, even though at the time I thought it was a bit trite. Maybe these words will comfort you like they did me….

    Sorrow does not last forever.

    Love does.

Peace and God’s grace be with you guys through all of this.

I am excited to meet your dad in heaven some day!

Saying thank you doesn’t seem like enough for all the thoughts, prayers, and comforting words that you provided for my family.  You were my 1st prayer responders as I couldn’t reach my family members at first. I truely felt like you guys stayed with me through-out the whole ordeal and gave me such strength. Your prayers were for a very special man, one who loved the Lord and served Him loyaly. He was never without a smile and his co-workers called him Mr. Jolly. Laughing I am going to print out this thread to include in my dad’s memory box. I just can’t thank y’all enough. I pray that blessings are poured out onto each one of you!

Charlene it sounds like you were blessed with a very special father, and I hope that those happy memories you have of him will help you through these days to come…he would I am sure be very proud of you too, for taking time in these days of grief to say thank you to your prayer warriors – I will be keeping your family in my thoughts and prayers.  Linda
