Hello Forum Friends,
So, I am newer to posting an hanging around here regularly. I intend to stick around as this seems to be a fountain of inspiration and information. The internet is huge and we all live in many pockets and corners. As we visit togather here we made that world more cozy. We sit in the homeschool trenches together. We celebrate simple accomplishments, we share concern, we encourage… but doesn’t your mind want a visual image of WHO?
Who am I having tea in the trenches with? Even if you aren’t comfortable with YOUR photo, use one that shows who you are in your heart then. I love to put faces to names personally. BE YOU amongst a semi sea of grey people…. please !?

I once had an avatar, then one morning I signed in and it wasn’t there! Anyone know where it went? I had to have my techie son do it in the first place, and he’s working away from home this summer!

Heidi: I had to do 3 pictures before I was satisfied. Sorry, I am not going to post a pic of me. But yours is fine, if you don’t have the time to change it. The lighting is just a bit dark on one side.
I think you have to log out of SCM and log back in, or maybe just be patient. So, suzukimom, who is in your pic?

It is me…. I was 2 or so at the time…. and was actually reading that book. (Childcraft #1 with the Nursery Rhymes and Poems….) Apparently I carried it pretty much everywhere.

Cute, suzukimom. I wondered if it was one of your kids, or if it was an old professional photo of a model child or something. Looks like books have always been your good friend.
Heidi, I like the sunshine photo.
Should we switch the images around? Once I see a photo of one member, I know it is the same member each time I see the same photo on here.
