ParticipantThe PNEU programmes include the subject heading Work. Beneath are a lot of handicrafts and a subheading of Work in the home and garden (yard). I was wondering if there is anywhere in the volumes that CM discusses this subject-work in the home and garden. I think it must be related to habit training or maybe handicrafts. But it seems these things would fall in the subject of Work. I don’t see that SCM has a teacher resource that is targeted at life skill or work in home and garden. Perhaps it was implied by the culture and society and thus CM never spoke of it. Thoughts. Resources. I wonder if it’s at all connected to that obscure subject in the suggested schedule of Weeks Work on Saturday. Maybe Weeks work was Saturday morning chores.

Participant- Delectable education has lots of podcasts on implementing the Charlotte Mason method. There is one specifically titled Work. Perhaps it would answer your questions

Participantso I searched for that particular episode and it is actually given the title of “Handiwork” but it is listed beside the subject of Work
