which latin course?

I see SCM suggests either Getting Started with latin, or Cambridge Latin course.  Does anyone know the differences between them? would one be better for a family to do together, say with 2nd graders on? I have tried Latina christiana and latin for children already. We didnt stick with either.  I like the looks of Getting Started with Latin, but wanted to hear from someone who may have used one or both of these? Thanks!
