When does 1st grade begin?

    My daughter turns 6 in a couple weeks. Is she still considered in the early years for this current school year that just began do you think or should I be looking to do 1st grade curriculum with her? Thanks!

    Age wise, kindergarten,  but as a homeschooler you can include some first grade work if she is ready for it.  Maturity and her interest level should be determining factors.
