Or I guess, where do you buy them? They don’t sell any at scm, do they? Maybe I’m just missing them though…

Are there any that are more like mini coloring squares for little kids, instead of just cutting out the picures?

I haven’t bought any of these, but they are the ones I bookmarked to study over:

    http://www.timelinesetc.com/lds/ (seems a cheaper alternative?)

I use the Homeschool in the Woods ones. The artwork is very nice. Can’t say I’ve done much research. I just went with what was offered with Sonlight years ago.

I have and like the Homeschool in the Woods set too (see the link Sheraz posted above) but it is pricy. We had some extra money left in our school budget this year and I bought them as an investment because I think we will continue to use them in various ways for years to come. I printed them at about 2-inch square size on sticker paper – dd colors them and sticks them onto our timeline. You could also print them larger as coloring sheets too – I haven’t done this yet, but may when my younger kids are participating with us a little more.

For the couple of figures I wanted to include that weren’t in the set, I just googled each person and got pictures that way – many of them from wikipedia.
