What am I doing wrong please?

    Hello all. I’m new to the CM organiser, as in just a few hours. However, I just don’t seem to be able to use it properly. I started with the free one, yesterday and loved it so much I upgraded. But now, when I add a resource or try to use one already added it keeps telling me it is available in an upgraded subscription. Mine is an upgraded subscription. I had almost completed planning the schedule for my four youngest children using the free system. Now I am wondering if I have lost the plot. Can someone please tell me what I am doing wrong?

    So sorry that your account didn’t upgrade when you purchased a subscription. I got your e-mail about this problem as well and have fixed your account as of a couple minutes ago.
