Sorry if this is already discussed recently somewhere, but I can’t figure out which Module this goes with. If you look on the Curriculum Guide under the history modules, 5 and 6 don’t mention Visits To.. at all in the family books. We are doing Module 5 this year and I would like to add Visits To, but don’t know if it’s North America or South America. Thank you
amama5, we haven’t yet revised the last three history lesson plans, but you can substitute the Visits to… book of your choice for the geography lessons if you like. Here’s a post from Sonya explaining how the revised versions will probably use Visits to…
This sounds great! I am trying to understand. Sonya mentioned “shuffling the geography when we revise modules 4, 5 and 6”. So, what does his mean? Will the Visits books remain the same but the History, Bible and Geography teachers guide for those modules will be revised at some point?
Sonya meant that we’ll need to “shuffle” the geography regions studied in the history lesson plans that haven’t yet been revised so that all six Visits to… books will be covered. You’re correct that the Visits to… books will stay the same; only the history lesson plan guides will be revised and updated.
