I want to spend Feb 1-14 talking each morning about one part of the Love is verses.  Just a morning devotion that will help us celebrate true love and learn how to better love each other.  For example, what does God’s word say about patience and how can we apply that to each other (ie – how can we better love others by being patient)

So my question is do any of you have any thoughts, resources, etc to pull this together.

Here is how I thought I would break it down:

    1. Love is patient

    2. Love is kind

    3. love does not envy

    4. love does not boast

    5. it is not arrogant

    6. It is not rude.

    7. It does not insist on its own way

    8. it is not irritable

    9. it is not resentful

    10. it does not rejoice at wrongdoing, but rejoices with the truth.

    11. Love bears all things,

    12. believes all things,

    13. hopes all things,

    14. endures all things.

    Thanks for any ideas

I would make sure you focus on how God is patient with us if we are not patient as well as applying it to our lives. If we know God is patient with us we will be patient with others.
