Is there a way for the CM Organizer to track hours spent on a subject, or even better, hours spent on school for the year, in addition to days? I have found with Homeschool Skedtrack that we often meet the 180 days/year for school, but if I count hours, we are pretty light on hours. That is because some days we don’t get to everything that we should do, so it still counts as a day but not for the full numbers of hours. We don’t have to keep track of any of this in Nevada, but I like knowing that we have spent a minimum number of hours for the year on school for my own sense of accomplishment. Also, I think as high school approaches (we start “7th grade” in the fall), keeping track of hours for a course can become very important for documenting credits for courses completed.

    Thanks,

Above is a similar thread and several ideas were provided on tracking hours in conjunction with using the Organizer; because at this point, as far as I can tell after 2 yrs. of using it, there isn’t a specific capability for tracking hours; yet. That may be on their ‘wish list’.

Right, Rachel. Tracking hours is not available currently.

RobMikeMom, our future features wishlist will give you an idea of our specific plans to continue to upgrade the Organizer.
