Has anyone used the Streams of Civilization high school series for World History? If so, did you like it? Can you give pros and cons for the curriculum? Thanks so much!

My daughter is using it this year. It’s been hard for it to hold her attention, so I’ve started having her write either facts or summaries to help with that. So far, she says it’s helping. What I like about it is that there is a list of suggested projects in the front of each chapter. These could be anything from reports to models- there are a wide variety of thingsto choose from. Being an artist, my daughter usually picks something in the artistic field. In her last chapter she hadto draw the Roman Senate and the one before that she researched the clothing styles of all the cultures studied so far and drew them. She does one project per chapter.
