Thank you for the reminder!  We wanted to do this last year and missed it!

I didn’t know about this, so we are going to participate! Thanks for sharing! We’ve been observing birds during Term 2 and see lots of different kinds of birds daily: crows, robin (1X in Jan), sparrows, finches (?), cardinals, Jays, downy woodpecker, and chickadee! My girls will be excited to hear about this.

I’m so glad we participated in the GBBC! We learned what birds we do have now and attracted some more with our suet feeder and mixed bird seed (just used sunflower seeds before and corn)! We were studying birds and it helped us greatly! We were excited to see  3 different types of wooderpeckers today, and we had a Common Grackle and Brown-headed Cowbirds come yesterday. We know we have a house finch, Tufted Titmouse, Mourning Dove, Dark-Eyed Juncos, House and White Throated sparrows and Carolina Chickadees. Look forward to this every year now!
