For some reason I can’t respond to a reply. Every time I submit it, it just disappears. Is there a restriction on posts if you are new?

Hmm, it appears I am allowed to start a thread but not reply to the Struggling with Science question.  Any ideas on why?

I should say, I’m not new but my post count is way down since I have not spent much time here in the last decade.

Are you including links with little or no other text? I’ve noticed that if I do that, the site thinks my post is spam and doesn’t get posted unless a moderator goes in and approves it.

I have multiple paragraphs but I do have a couple links. I could try taking them out.

There are no restrictions on posting comments. Sometimes the spam filter is a bit aggressive. When that happens you can either contact us using the red Contact button or leave a comment in the Tech Help forum to let us know that your comment is in the spam trap. We can then “rescue” it for you.

I have remove from the spam trap one of your posts in the Struggling with Science discussion.

    Thank you.

After seeing it this morning I’m happy to know that only one will show up. For a second, I was worried the repeats would show up and that would look ridiculous. 🙂
