Hi! I am pretty new to all of this but I am slowly learning!! I am looking for suggestions on everybody’s favorite character building/ development resources. I want something Biblically based. There seem to be so many out there and without ordering every one that looks promising, it’s hard to know which ones are good and which ones aren’t worth our time. I will say that my daughter is almost 4 so I am looking for one that would be easy enough for her to understand. Any recommendations for good ones overall would be appreciated too – I don’t mind having to get one for early years and one for older, but I’d prefer to have one that works for all ages! Thank you!

My kids ages range from 2 to 6 and we are really enjoying Storytime with the Millers. It has a verse for each chapter, and a story putting it into practice. The children in the stories are similar ages.

Have you looked at Laying Down the Rails and Laying Down te Rails For Children here on SCM? We are just getting going on that and I would highly recommend it. We have the first Miller book too…and it is very good.

We love all the Miller books. Also Child’s Book Of Character Building.
