Hi,  I am trying to decide which analytical grammar product to use.  My twin boys are 11 year old, in 6th grade next year, and have had beginning intro to grammar.  We have done bits and pieces of Rod and Staff but never made it through a whole  book.  So they know basics of noun, verb, adjective, adverb, “be” verbs, helping verbs and abasic diagram.  I have had my two other kids use A.G. (one is finished and one is in season 2 next year) so “I” thin k it is hard.  But I know the age for the Junior is for 4 and 5th, and then i would still want them to do the regular analytical grammar the following year.  Has anyone done the Junior Analytical grammar when the child was older than 5th grade?

    Than ks so much

I would choose AG. AG Season 1 and JAG are exact same material, but at different reading levels. If you choose JAG, then start with season 2 of AG the following year.

Next year my ds will do JAG in 4th while his sister does AG season 1 in 7th. I’m teaching a class of 10-15 kids all at once.
