OK. Here is what is up at my front this morning. (By the way, I really, really appreciate all the hard work you all are doing, Doug and Everyone!)

I was able to get into the Organizer this morning, go to Daily Plan and choose my two older sons. I was able to print off a schedule for them. However, I have now tried 8 times to do the same for my youngest. I think the Organizer is mad at him or something. 🙂 Anyway, if I try to click on him, I get the orange message about not being saved, and needing to refresh, and when I refresh, I get the servor error message.

I still haven’t been able to save any changes to the work on any of the screens.

And I have several places where, instead of the title of the work to be done being underneath the title of the previous assignment, the text is bunched up on the far left of the screen next to the previous assignment.

Everything remains the same here — I am still getting the script message in the Daily Plan, which freezes it up. Scheduler and Reports seem to be working fine.

Thank you for your hard work, and you can count on our patience. 🙂 🙂 🙂

We are working on the message to stop running this script. It only seems to be an Internet Explorer bug only. A temporary workaround is to use another browser. We recommend trying Firefox.

@live2inspire, That message from Road Runner about supported browsers is just their way of saying that they don’t want you to expect them to support whatever software you may install on your computer. It’s not that you can’t use it. In fact, they did say they would help on a best effort basis, though. You don’t get rid of Explorer when you install another browser so you can always use it if they require it for troubleshooting your connection or something.

I haven’t been getting the Server Error notice so that is an improvement. Thank you very much. I can now see other students too. Things do freeze up quite a bit and I have a few questions too.

It used to be that we could click on the arrow so that it wouldn’t show in the printing if we decided not to use something that day. I can click on it but it still stays in the print copy.

I do like the new calendar feature. I was able to go back and record some items that Jed had finished but I never recorded.

I went to the scheduler and descheduled a number of things that we aren’t using any more, hoping that this would speed things up.

I believe we have a lot of the errors fixed now. The server error may still show up now and then as we work on a permanent fix. If you get it, wait 15 minutes or so then try again. Please report it if it’s still a problem after that.

Thank you everyone for the great reports. The details you have been giving have been essential in tracking down the problems. Some are fixed and some are still in the works.

I do want to acknowledge that this experience has not been up to the level of service and excellence that we’ve set for ourselves. We deeply apologize for that. At the same time, we so appreciate your understanding, patience, participation, feedback, and encouragement. Thank you!

I have created a new forum topic for additional problem reports. This one is getting a little long and we wanted it to have a title that might be easier to find if others have problems besides the server error.

Please test the Organizer again and post any additional issues to CM Organizer Upgrade Problems . Thanks.
