Hi – maybe this question is for Doug…
Tonight I purchased Planning your cm education digital version. I went through the normal steps to add it to my Kindle content (emailed the PDF to my kindle address) and twice it has come back as quarrantined because of an unscannable file. Am I doing something wrong? Is it the file or amazon that is the problem?
Thanks!
ErinsuzukimomParticipantNot sure what is up… I have it on my Kindle….
Have you tried putting it on your Kindle using the USB cable?
Doug SmithKeymasterWe deliver our PDF files wrapped in a zip file. Did you unpack the PDF first before sending it to your Kindle? You might also try opening the PDF on your computer to make sure it’s readable there first, if you haven’t already.
TukataParticipantThe program works great on my computer. But it still won’t go on my kindle. This is the message I keep getting:
The message (MID 611705449) could not be fully scanned by the anti-virus engine.
Actions taken:
Message quarantinedAny ideas?
Thanks!
ErinDoug SmithKeymasterYou might need to contact Kindle support. There is a button for that on this page: http://www.amazon.com/gp/help/customer/display.html/ref=hp_left_cn?ie=UTF8&nodeId=200212360
It’s just a regular PDF file produced from Adobe Acrobat so there shouldn’t be anything special in it that would keep it from working on the Kindle.
You should also be able to attach your Kindle to your computer with a USB cable and copy the book file that way.
