    Which book is recommended? The Merry Adventures of Robin Hood or Some Merry Adventures of Robin Hood of Great Renown in Nottingham? What is the difference?

    We read The Merry Adventures and enjoyed it very much. Some Merry Adventures is an abridged version that Howard Pyle himself condensed when asked to do so, but it leaves out some of his favorite adventures. I recommend reading the whole great original. 🙂
