I would like to read and/or follow one line of thinking/disciplining, so I’m wondering if one of these covers both??  I guess I’m trying to ask: Is RGT mostly the “how to” of for the parent/child and LDTR is for habit training in all areas of life??

I think I have LDTR (not the new bundle) or a cd from Sonya, but I’d like to invest in one of these.  I have been reading RGT from the site (I think I have in the past as well) and there is some great info/how to’s but I think I’d like the LDTRs, as well.  I just don’t want, or need, to confuse myself with conflicting messages from different perspectives on parenting/disciplining, etc.  I’d like them to compliment each other.

    Thank you in advance and….

    Did I make any sense??!!

I am reading both of these, but haven’t finished. It seems that Raising Godly Tomatos is “how to”regarding obedience mostly. Laying Down the Rails covers obedience plus many, many other wonderful character traits.
