prayer request for June 11

    Please remember ds5 tomorrow around noon. Without going into the gory details, we didn’t have him circumcised when he was born, and now he has a medical condition (nothing life threatening, just annoying) that has a pediatric urologist recommending circumcision. My main concern is the anesthesia. We don’t have a family history of problems in that area, but it’s always a possibility. He’ll also be very cranky and clinging to Mommy for a few days. At least my sister will be able to help out with dd, housework, etc. while dh is at work.

    Thank you for your prayers. The procedure went without a problem. We got home without a problem (2 1/2 hr. drive from Le Bonheur). He just now noticed the Band-Aid and freaked a little, so I had to give him some pain medicine. Other than that, everything’s fine.
