My friend just gave birth to her 4th child two days ago and tonight she is at the local children’s hospital with her oldest daughter (6 years old) about to go into surgery for appendicitis, possibly a ruptured appendix. I had a ruptured appendix at 8 years old and it is terribly painful. Please pray for comfort, peace and healing for the daughter and endurance for the mom, already tired from birthing a new baby just 2 days ago.

Prayers on their way – and may she have a quick healing time and may the whole thing go well for the 6 year old, and may her mom have peace so that she can look after her new little one. Bless them all – and you too for caring so much Christie. Linda

I am praying for healing and strength, too….also for an outpouring of help (meals, household chores, babysitting) in whatever form the family needs from friends and neighbors.

Thank you for praying.
I just spoke with my friend. Her daughter came through the surgery ok last night. Her appendix had perforated. She is resting, but in much pain at this time. Please continue to pray for her and the whole family.

We were gone for the weekend so I am just seeing this as well, praying for tired mom, tired girl, tired family.
