I am in the process of planning out our school year with “Planning Your Charlotte Mason Education” and I just purchased the monthly subscription for the CM Organizer. My question is at what point in my planning do I go ahead and begin to enter everything into the organizer. I’m looking for the easiest and most time saving route. 🙂

Also, if I need to cancel the subscription – can I do this and how do I do this? What about if I decide to change it to the annual instead? I’m asking these question for my dh.

    Thanks so much!

Heather, I found that I had enough information to enter things into the computer when I had finished my Term Outline pages to my satisfaction. It all “worked out” on paper then, and then I could easily just slot things on a particular day and enter everything in. I worked out the ORDER of our days later, but that doesn’t have to be entered into the computer so that was OK.

I’ll let the official folks answer the specific questions, but I know I originally signed up using the monthly option, because there was no annual option yet, and they helpfully changed it for me when I requested to move to annual option.

    Hope this helps!

I like to enter my data after I get my Weekly Schedule worked out.

At any time during your subscription, you should be able to change it or cancel it by going in Account (top right hand corner of the screen in the CM Organizer when you’re logged in). Click on Subscription and you’ll be able to manage your subscription through PayPal. If you have any trouble, contact us, of course; we’re here to help. 🙂
