Pathway Readers v. McGuffey Readers

    I’m wondering what your thoughts are on using the recommended Pathway Readers versus using McGuffey Readers. I already have a complete set of McGuffey, but since I’m new to CM language arts, I didn’t know if the Pathway Readers are being suggested for a particular reason. I would love to be able to use what I have on hand! 😉

    I use the McGuffey readers.  We have a few of the Pathway readers and I do sometimes get them out for variety, but I (and my DC) prefer McGuffey.   It’s really a personal preference…both are good choices.
