  • I ended up ordering both books because I was certain that one order would be cancelled.  Well I now have both books and I just flipped through them.  They are EXACTLY the same with pictures and text except for the Children’s Ancient History has one extra page in Chapter 1.  Everything else is exactly the same.

I know it is hard to tell from the Amazon preview.  So if you come across the Oxford Children’s Ancient History, it is just like the other.

Also, if anyone is in need of a Oxford Children’s Ancient History, I am selling mine since I have both now.  You can just pm me if you are interested.

I accidentally ordered Oxford Children’s Ancient History instead of Oxford First, and it’s already shipped. So they are the same? Why are there two publications if they are the same?

They are the same … the Oxford Children’s Ancient History is the British version with Brit spellings. Same otherwise.

Thank you! I guess I won’t have to send it back after all! Smile
