OT: Mookies (cookies/muffins)

    I can’t remember who made the post explaining mookies but wanted to share our experience. For anyone new to the post, mookies are muffins cooked on a cookie sheet vs muffin tin.

    We made gluten free apple cinnamon mookies but after making them we thought they looked like smushed muffins. Therefore, we named them shmuffins! The children loved saying the word shmuffin so it stuck for us. They were delicious and way too easy to eat more than 1.

    Yay!  I’m so glad it worked for you.  We make mookies all the time, but I think schmuffins sound delightful!  Would you mind sharing your apple cinnamon schmuffin recipe?
