Organizer Demo Videos?

    When I click on this I do not see a video. What am I doing wrong?

    Okay, I have waited until my “free trial” is almost up and have just started trying to figure out the organizer……I planned to watch the demos tonight and can’t figure out why there are no links on the Organizer Tour page…???? Help Please!! 🙂

    Are you looking on this CM Organizer Tour page? I see all the videos there.

    Yes….there are no links. I can see that the titles are green, but nothing happens when I move my mouse over the page.

    Okay, I am not a crazy person……The videos do not show up when I use mozilla firefox browser, but they do when I use internet explorer!!! Okay……sorry 🙂 I had to get my husband to help me.

    Interesting! Thanks for letting us know. I’m sure Doug will be researching this for a fix.

    YAY Laughing!!!!  I just watched the video demos and am so excited!!!!!! I am entering in all our history books! I LOVE that you can schedule it in “after you finish”…..That is a WONDERFUL feature!!!!

     

    I was just sitting here at our dining room table watching the demos while my husband checked his email on his laptop. He remarked about all my OHH’s and AHHH’s. I told him, “I just love these people!! They are making my life so much easier and our school days so much better!!!!” He said I needed to give honor where honor is due, so THANK YOU, FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART!!! Laughing

    I’d like to second the “THANK YOU”!  Not only has it made my homeschool planning and organization a joy and smooth, but your customer service is outstanding!  I have never had a company, no matter what size, take such a personal interest and commitment to quality and satisfaction as you all do!

    PS for Doug:  I use Firefox and/or Safari and haven’t had a problem with the Organizer tutorial videos.  If you are talking about something else, please ignore me…  Wink

    Thanks everyone for your kind words. You have no idea how encouraging it is for us to know that what we do is a help and blessing to others!

    Regarding the video page, those are just YouTube videos. I’ve heard YouTube has been having some problems this week so that may be why they didn’t show. Sometime it just takes a while for all of the videos to show on the page before you can click them, especially if your connection is running a little slow at the time.

    I’ve been wanting to rework that page to load faster so let me see what I can do with it.
