organizer deleted lessons

    We changed curriculums for a couple classes.  When I ‘completed’ the curriculum, I have lost all lessons done in the records!  HELP!  Do I have to rebuild all this?  How do you ‘finish’ a curriculum and remove it without losing all data?!
