Organizer – closing out last year before starting the new year?

    Hi!  I am finally getting ready to input our new school year plans into the organizer, which is still set up for last year.  How do I close out last year – just print out reports and then cancel everything and start over?  Some of the resources carry over, but not all.

    For those that carry over, just leave them in as is.

    For any that you aren’t using next year, on the Scheduler Tab… where the resource is listed, select Delete to remove it from your schedule.  It will still be in your reports for anything that was completed or worked on, and if you added the resource, it will still exist for future use…
