Organizer – changing from student to family

    I have decided to change several books from student to family setting. Is there a way to change it over without deleting the book. I spent so much time inputing, I don’t want to have to do it again. Thanks!

    I’m afraid right now there isn’t a shortcut to allow you to edit the student. It is on our list of features that we want to add, but at this point you’ll need to delete that resource off the schedule as listed under the student and reassign it to Family. Sorry!

    I’m only curious…

    if she deletes the resource off the ‘schedule’ for that particular student, and then schedules it to the family using the same resource from her ‘resources’, why would there be a need to reenter everything for that one particular resource? Doesn’t the information stay with the resource? Other than re-scheduling, would it truly be necessary to re-enter any other information? I’m sure I’m missing something here. Like I said, I’m only curious. I hope my questions are clear….outside of being jumbled. 😉

    Yes, the resource itself with its divisions and all will stay available. The only information that would need to be re-entered would be the scheduling information; i.e., which student, subject, method, start date, etc.
