My son misses the online computer work we did for his former virtual school.  (I think he really misses the games!)  I would like to allow him to do a little work on the computer, specifically to practice his addition facts.

Do any of you know of some good free sites that have games to practice his math facts?  I have looked at some, but they are too advanced for him even at the ‘easy’ level because he has only really begun to learn 0+, 1+, and 2+.  I am hoping to find a site that lets me control how high the numbers go for the games and/or flashcards.

    Thanks,

    Sue

    Hi Sue, Smile

Here is a few sites we have used in the past for online learning, all free……

    http://hoodmath.com/games/

    http://www.counton.org/mathmysteries/

    http://www.ixl.com/

    http://www.mathisfun.com

We’ve also used examples from online curriculum to look at some concepts.

If you were interested an online curriculum that is reasonably priced and great for visual/spatial learners there’s also Time4learning
