Online bible

    I was wonderin if anyone can tell me where I could find an online bible.  I would like a site I could type in the verse and it would give me the writen part.  Possibably even audio??  Also, I don’t use the KJ bible we use the NAS so maybe one with options of different bibles?

    oh, and Blue Letter has audio.  It was how we did our scripture readings during the real throws of my morning sickness.

    Here are a couple more:

    ESV Bible — You can browse or search through the ESV Bible. (If you are not familiar with the ESV, it’s a very accurate translation with excellent English readability.) The site has audio readings of the passages, which you mentioned wanting. Besides just listening, it’s a great way to learn how to pronounce difficult names or places. It also has links to compare passages to other Bible translations over at Bible Gateway. Of all of the Bible sites I’ve seen, this one is the most attractive and easy on the eyes with good size text that isn’t too crowded.

    Blue Letter Bible — This site is not the easiest to get around at first but it has some excellent Bible study tools. They offer search and browsing the Bible in many different translations. What really sets this site apart is that the text is linked into resources like concordances, Greek and Hebrew lexicons, hymns related to the passage, etc. It also has some advanced search features like searching on Strong’s numbers.
