Just saw this post and as an older mom I confess I have done this too – then my girls challenged me on it, and I saw through their eyes what I was doing – it was a shock, because I think sometimes we are not so aware of ourselves. Anyway the girls were already teenagers then, they said I never did it when they were little, I started when they were older, it was my wake up call – so now I am careful, and they remind me when I fall off the wagon. Nice to know there are a lot of us out there. linda
