Don’t remember the thread but things that have helped me somewhat over the years:
Eat small amounts of protein all day long. My favorite is beans. I cook a ton in the crock pot and each just a few tablespoons each time.
Peppermint (candy, oil, or lotion) helps me.
Dill pickles and pickle juice help me. This pregnancy I would literatlly carry around an old pickle jar (plastic) to smell just to help settle my tummy. Everyone laughed but it was worth it.
