I remember a while back a thread about this and natural remedies. I can’t find it… Does anyone remember it? Can you help me find it?
Thanks!
petitemomParticipantSorry I don’t know where that is but raw almond helped for me.
If it was now I would soak them 24 hours and dehydrate but you don’t have to.
ServingwithJoyParticipantB-12 spray from ttapp.com. Saved me from morning sickness 5 times ;0). Blessings!

I had severe morning sickness with all four of my children. I later discovered that I’m magnesium deficient and I have no doubt it played a role in this issue.
I eat magnesium rich foods and also use a topical magnesium oil/spray which is more readily absorbed into the body. It can irritate skin, so I usually rub it on the bottom of my feet. Sounds weird, but it works!
HTH!
TristanParticipantDon’t remember the thread but things that have helped me somewhat over the years:
Eat small amounts of protein all day long. My favorite is beans. I cook a ton in the crock pot and each just a few tablespoons each time.
Peppermint (candy, oil, or lotion) helps me.
Dill pickles and pickle juice help me. This pregnancy I would literatlly carry around an old pickle jar (plastic) to smell just to help settle my tummy. Everyone laughed but it was worth it.
Laura.boraParticipantI have had hyperemisis with every pregnancy – I WISH something natural would help, but for me, b-12 shots (pills didn’t help if I was lucky enough to keep them down) and Zofran were my friends!
RebekahyParticipantI specifically remember something about a braclet? or pressure point? Christie? Maybe… It’s been quite a while since the original post 6 months, a year?
But I am finding the vitamin and mineral subjects very interesting and something that would be especially helpful as a person prepares for pregnancy.
TristanParticipantSea bands is what you’re thinking of. They are used for motion sickness and some find them helpful for morning sickness too. We used them for my daughter’s motion sickness. Here is a link to several on Amazon: http://www.amazon.com/s/ref=nb_sb_noss_1?url=search-alias%3Daps&field-keywords=sea+bands
missceegeeParticipantRebekahy – it’s called the relief band and it is Fabulous! I use it for motion sickness now, but it was terrific for morning sickness, too.
KristenParticipantI used the motion sickness bands! I was so sick all four times. It didn’t help completely, but it did help some! I wish I would have had this forum to ask questions when I was going through all that!
RebekahyParticipantThanks Christie – that’s what I was looking for. Unfortunately, it doesn’t look like it’s being made anymore… and I”m kinda leary about buying a used one for so much money.
missceegeeParticipantNot being made? That’s crazy! It is MUCH BETTER than sea bands. There is really no comparison. Try the travel company Magellans, perhaps they may still have some.
dmccall3ParticipantI had hyperemesis with both pregnancies as well and the only thing that helped was zoloft that dissolves under the tongue. I tried every natural remedy possible and realized those were only for “normal” morning sickness, which hopefully yours is! Congratulations on the pregnancy!
