MJEMom and how Private Message works

    Hi MJEMom, I am wondering if you got the reply to my question. I would hate you to think I was ignorant. I replied late partly because we had a tornado in our area of Illinois and the power was out for a while, and partly because I forgot how the private message thing worked and did not check until the power came back and happened to see it. Anyway hope you got it and I will be more aware in future. Perhaps a reminder of how the private message thing works would be a blessing to those of us who either don’t know or have forgotten.     I did get it and planned on writing back tonight – don’t feel bad though, I am new at this whole forum thing altogether and it took me a while to figure out how to know when you had a message, oops gotta run, screams from the other room……

    Fantastic, glad you got it, I am terrible at remembering to check these things, and may have missed it a couple of times once the power came back on. Hope the screaming wasn’t serious. Blessings, Linda

    the screaming was just a slightly smashed toe and a lot of drama. I tried to write you back, but it said my message was too long (again, lack of the gift of brevity) and was limited to 64 characters, but it seemed yours was longer than 64 characters, what am I doing wrong?

    I have no idea, how funny – I did not know there was a limit to how much we could write, I have written some very long posts – as I too am a wordy person! Maybe one of the people who look after the website can help. Hope the smushed toe is not too bad – my daughter had to have a toenail removed a few years back – I think it was more traumatic for me than her – I am horribly squeamish I am ashamed to say. Anyway, again glad you got my message and hope we can figure out why your post had a limit to it??? A mystery to me. Blessings, Linda
