I am researching math curriculum for my 6-year old.  I am drawn to the Singapore math but notice that it is not one of the recommended curriculums.  Do you have any feedback for me on this curriculum?

Do you know if you would prefer a spiral or mastery program? I think Singapore is spiral Personally, I like Developmental MAthematics and Math Mammoth which is mastery.

Hopefully you’ll get more from others, too.

Developmental math is good, but not all the books are available. Better choice would be Math Mammoth. Very cheap, especially if you get the download version. Math-U-See is also good. God bless and good luck.

We just switched to MUS in January and I can’t say enough about it. My dd will soon by 6 and she loves, loves, loves it. She asks to do math, instead of sighing when I drag out the math books. Laughing

    Just my 2 cents!!
