Map Drill

    I have just looked at the Uncle Josh’s Outline map and I am now confused.  I am having trouble seeing which ones consist of the Middle East?  Does anyone know of a map that would help me fill in the names of these places for just the Middle East.  This is somewhat new to me.

    In addition to the individual countries, Uncle Josh should have a map called Middle East that will give you the area. That’s the one I use for map drill. In my copy of the book it’s on page 37.

    Then I just use a labeled world map folded down to about the same area and copy the countries from it, one or two at a time.

    Sonya,

    I understand that part.  I think I am just not understanding.  That Middle East map shows Egypt from Africa for example.  Is that considered part of the middle east also?  This is where my confusion lies.

    Oh, I see. I found a few lists by Googling “middle east countries list.” Here is one result:

    • Bahrain

    • Iraq

    • Iran

    • Israel

    • Jordan

    • Kuwait

    • Lebanon

    • Oman

    • Palestine

    • Qatar

    • Saudi Arabia

    • Syria

    • United Arab Emirates

    • Yemen

    Is that more what you’re looking for?
