    I have searched but not found what I’m looking for. Does anyone recall a post wherein one of you ladies mentioned a set of Scripture verses that you used to pray over your kids–I don’t remember if it was prayer for victory over certain struggles or if it was related to learning disabilities or what. I do think I even posted in the particular thread, but I can’t seem to find it looking back at my earlier posts!

    Can any of you recall what I’m looking for? Am I even making sense??? Laughing

    Sue, is this it?  There were several good responses.  Also, you might want to find the book, “The Power of a Praying Parent” by Stormie Omartian.

    That wasn’t the one I was thinking of, but it was a good thread to re-read in light of the stuff we’ve been going through. I’m thinking these were about healing verses, but I’m not sure.

    Okay, as soon as I finished typing the words “healing verses” and hit “send post,” I knew how to find it! I was sure I had searched the words “healing verses” before, but there it was on the list of posts!

    The thread I was looking for started off with a post of a wonderful article by Dianne Craft, who works with special needs kids and has a great website for that. You can read the article on this thread. It’s about using five Bible verses on healing as statements of faith before the child begins their schoolwork and how powerful that can be.

    Thank you.  I missed the article at the time, probably because we weren’t in the hard stuff yet.  I am going to start implementing this in our home as there are many days we both end up frustrated with the work.
