    I don’t know if I’m supposed to do this, but there is a big sale on the Ballantyne series. At Vision Forum they are 50% off thru April 25th. You may still want to compare prices at Timberdoodle. They are targeted books for 12 and up, depending on your perspective.

    Let me also mention that it’s used book sale season again. Most libraries tend to have them in the spring and fall.

    We have stocked much of our personal library from library sales and found many real gems. For example, a couple years ago we ran across a huge pile of landmark books that a library weeded out all at once.

    Book Sale Finder is a great place to find out about used book sales near you. If you sign up for their Sale Mail list, they will e-mail you weekly with any sales in your area.

    And don’t forget the terrific and FREE http://www.paperbackswap.com ! I’ve gotten so many good books here that I’ve lost count. 🙂
