Living book about birds (any kind) suggestion?

    We are looking for living books on birds for about the age range of upper elelmentary to jr. high school level.  Any suggestions here?

    The Burgess Bird Book for Children came to mind.  We have enjoyed several of his books including this one!  Hope this helps.Smile

    A Nest for Celeste: A Story About Art, Inspiration, and the Meaning of Home by Henry Cole is about Audobon and is fabulous. 

    There’s an Owl in the Shower by Jean Craighead George

    Owls in the Family by Farley Mowat
