We read the first book in the “Little Britches” series last year and enjoyed it.  We were reading it aloud as a family so I was able to edit out any language on the fly.  This year we are going to do the second book “Man of the Family” but would like to listen to at least part of it on audio so we can fit it in during car trips or meal times.   Has anyone made a note of which chapters are more problematic when it comes to language?  If so, would you mind sharing so I can decide which chapters to read myself and which ones we can listen to on audio.
