Language Arts suggestions before website updates?

Before the updates to the website, the section on “Individual Studies” had suggestions for language arts in high school that included: “Work on story form this year, work on expository form…..” etc.  Can anyone remind me what those were?  I just want to jot them down as I’m mapping out high school plans.
