I am interested in doing a Kindergarten curriculum for my oldest. She really enjoys doing school and I would like a “practice” year before I have to register her for school so even if there was a grade one curriculum that we could spread out over two years, that would work. My husband and I are new to homeschooling. Is there a place to buy a full curriculum with everything all together for each year? Or is there a place where it has a list of recommended books for each year? Thanks!

    Hi,

SCM’s Pre-k-k guide is an excellent place to begin.  It is loaded with tips, links, and advice for how to focus on the foundations, include enrichment and beauty, and gently introduce academics.

At that age, we just read a lot and used a Memoria Press copybook, and played outside.
