Does anyone know when Karen Andreola’s new book is supposed to be released? Will SCM be selling it?

I just noticed it’s available on the SCM website now.  It’s called America: Our Stories, Volume 1.  I am wondering if Volume 2 will be released soon or later down the road.  I suppose we will have to wait and see.  Volume 1 looks fantastic.

Karen Andreola’s new book will be a third book in her fictional series about a home school mom and her kids. The other two books are A Pocketful of Pinecones and Lessons at BlackBerry Inn. I don’t know when the new book will be available to purchase.

America: Our Stories, Volume 1 was written by Lorene Lambert, who also wrote Ancient Egypt and Her Neighbors and A Castle with Many Rooms. American: Our Stories, Volume 1 replaces Stories of America, Volume 1 as the American history spine book for our Early Modern & Epistles lesson plans book.

Lorene is in the process of writing a new world history spine book for our Early Modern & Epistles lesson plans book. The new world history spine will replace Stories of the Nations, Volume 1. That book will not be released in time for the 2023-2024 school year.

In our very long-range plans, Lorene Lambert will be writing America: Our Stories, Volume 2 and a second volume for world history to replace Stories of the Nations, Volume 2. Those will be released over the next several years.

As always, we announce new books and materials in our weekly email and Facebook groups.

Thank you, Karen.  Don’t ask me how I got those authors and books so mixed up.  Ha!  So sorry for any confusion I may have caused.

    Melanie,

I am super excited too. I left Facebook and Instagram so I don’t see Karen’s posts and updates anymore. That’s why I came here to ask. 🙂
