I will be teaching a co-op class about banking to ages 7-14 in April. We will be taking a field trip to the Federal Reserve Bank in May, so I need to mostly teach general information about the banking system and personal banking. So far, I’ve only found library books that are very basic and geared toward maybe 8-year olds, and there are only a couple of those.

Does anyone here have suggestions for books, videos, or online resources about banking geared toward 7- to 14-year olds, preferably on the upper end of that range? Thanks.

I like the Hands On Banking site a lot. It presents a lot of the same information at two different levels (school-aged kids & teens), and it’s giving me some ideas on how to present it to our wider range of ages. Thanks!
