Is there a way to put an assigned book on hold without deleting it?

I’d like to put one of the books I’ve assigned to my child “on hold” for a while (we’re going to take a break from it) but I don’t want to delete it completely as I’m going to use it again. I just don’t want it to show up on our daily assignments right now. Is there a way to do that? Thanks!
I usually just change the day to Saturday or Sunday. That way it doesn’t show up on any of the days we’re usually doing school work by the daily plan, and it happily sits there until I’m ready to put it back into the week’s schedule.
There’s not a way to put a resource on hold right now, but there are a couple of options that might work for you.
– You can edit the schedule for the resource and put it on a day that you don’t do schoolwork. Then it will still be scheduled, but it will only show under the “Not Scheduled for Today” section of the Daily Plan.
– You could remove the resource from your schedule, and when you’re ready to use it again, reschedule it with only the divisions that you haven’t already used.
